Obese Patients At Risk For Anesthetic Complications

Researchers say that obese patients are twice as likely and severely obese patients four times as likely to develop complications during general anaesthetic.

According to a recent study, they are twice as likely to develop air way complications as non-obese ones while under general anaesthesia.
