Four More Foods To Manage Diabetes

I want to share a slide with readers of this blog.

Apart from eating brown rice to protect your health from diabetes,  there are some  other wholesome foods that are just as good.

They are:

  • Peanuts
  • Green leafy vegetables
  • Fish
  • Low fat milk and dairy products

Studies have shown that  brown rice is effective in reducing  the risk for diabetes. The slide also shows some other foods.
