According to researchers, regardless of the amount of physical activity, people who sit for six or more hours a day for leisure are high mortality risks.

The strongest association was cardiovascular deaths.

Our program teaches people to reduce and eliminate health risk factors such as physical inactivity

Standing and walking at home or at work rather than sittting  are health promoting efforts than contribute to reducing the level of physical inactivity.
