Soy products have again proven to have health benefits.

According to a study at the University of  Hong Kong certain compounds found in soy can increase artery and heart health. 

The study was conducted on patients with a  history of stroke or high cholesterol.  They measured artery diameter and cholesterol levels.

Result: Isoflavones found in soy can increase artery and heart health.

 25 grams of soy a day can reduce coronary heart disease
